St. Francis of Assisi Prayer

Heavenly Father, we come before you today in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi, seeking your protection for all your creatures, especially our beloved animals. Bless them with health and safety, and fill their lives with joy and love. Through the intercession of St. Francis, may we also learn to cherish Mother Earth and all her gifts, including our brothers wind and air, sister water, and brother fire. Grant us the wisdom to care for your creation so that we may be worthy of eternal life in your divine presence. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
