Prayer to the Holy Innocents

Divine Father, I humbly beseech You to send forth the Holy Innocents, Your beloved young martyrs, to safeguard and protect children all over the globe. Let these innocent souls stand against malevolence, guiding their hearts toward Your heavenly comfort and love. Oh Mighty God, grant us vigilance and strength in defending our tender charges from harm. Amen.

Heavenly Father, in the words of Your Son, Jesus Christ, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them” (Matthew 19:14). I beseech the intercession of the Holy Innocents who were taken before their time. Grant me strength and perseverance to stand up for the rights and protection of all children. May their purity and innocence inspire a transformation in our hearts to build a world filled with love and compassion for the youngest among us. In Your tender mercy, I humbly pray. Amen.

Gracious Lord, I come before You with a grateful heart, deeply moved by the martyrdom of the Holy Innocents. These little souls bore witness to the faith in their untimely sacrifice; indeed, a profound testament of Your love and power. I humbly beseech You to fill me with the same spirit of endurance, so that I, too, may stand true to Your Word amid adversity. Gentle Guardian of my soul, through the intercession of the Holy Innocents, I humbly ask for your comfort and solace. As I lie down to rest tonight, surround me with tranquility and peace. Inscribe upon my heart a willingness to accept your love and grace in times of suffering, carrying within me the spirit of these innocent saints. Amen.
