St. Roch Prayer

O holy St. Roch, blessed patron saint of dogs, I thank you for your miraculous healing powers and mercy upon all canine companions. Please protect us with a special blessing as we seek safe passage over land and sea with our furry friends. May all those who invoke your name find health, safety, and good fortune in the company of their loyal pooches. Amen.

O Holy St. Roch, I come to you with a humble prayer for my beloved dog, who is ill. Please heal this pup who loves and comforts me so profoundly; restore its health so that it may live fully in the joy of your love. You are the patron saint of dogs, after all! Miraculously saved by your own dog to bring nourishment during your captivity and pilgrimages, you understand the great devotion between man and animal. Extend mercy to my pet through this special bond we share; revive his energy so that his tail may wag with life and happiness! Amen.

O Blessed St. Roch, Patron of the sick, we ask your intercession to our Lord. Hear us as we offer prayers for those suffering from illness and for their families. We humbly remember your compassion when you, as a pilgrim, brought healing to the plague-stricken through the sign of the Cross. You inherited great wealth but chose to devote yourself to caring for others instead. Show us, too, how to use our resources in service of Jesus Christ and his people who are ill. Through the grace of God, may all who suffer be comforted with courage and hope during sickness, receive healing in body and spirit and be blessed with long life on this earth. Amen.

O Blessed St. Roch, I come to you in reverence and awe, asking that my knees be healed of their ailments, those upon which I kneel before thee with humility, purity, and repentance. Your healing power was so great that many were healed of their diseases! Patron saint of physical and spiritual health, please grant me this petition – may my knees again walk easily on each day’s journey. Through your intercession, Lord Jesus Christ, may you heal these troubled parts of me for the sake of thy glory. Amen.

O Blessed Saint Roch, patron of the sick, intercede for us before our Merciful God and ask Him to lift this plague from upon us. Hear our prayer as we sign this act of faith with a cross, and remember that you were infected with a curse and lay upon a bed of suffering until Jesus Christ, Our Lord, healed you. Through your miraculous powers, you brought physical healing to many struck down by contagious diseases; now bless us with spiritual health so that we may get back great happiness into our world.
