St. Erasmus Prayer

Dearest St. Erasmus, patron saint of those afflicted with liver ailments, I humbly place my trust in your powerful intercession. I beseech thee to pray for me, that I may bravely bear this burden and find solace in the divine love of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Eternal God, through the intercession of St. Erasmus, grant me the grace to endure my illness with a lively faith and a steadfast spirit. May I be strengthened by thy heavenly light and the comfort of our Blessed Mother. In your infinite mercy, please grant me healing, for your greater glory and the well-being of my soul. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we pray for us through the intercession of St. Erasmus, also known as St. Elmo. In his faith and practice of its precepts, he willingly suffered for our salvation. By thy charity, he did console those afflicted with the bubonic plague and didst obtain healing for them.
