Narcissist Prayer

Heavenly Father, we approach You today with a prayer on behalf of those battling narcissistic personality disorder. We acknowledge the struggles they face — often in silence — their inability to self-reflect and acknowledge something wrong within themselves. May You reach into their hearts, showing them a path towards healing. God, may Your infinite compassion direct their minds towards the understanding of the npd diagnosis, opening their eyes to embark upon a transformative healing journey. On this pathway, let them step away from narcissism and embrace empathy, resulting in improved mental health for them and those around. When doubts besiege them, may Your wisdom reassure as they journey through corridors of self-awareness and subjugate the stronghold of erroneous beliefs. In Your mercy grant physiological remission for all who are touched by this ailment. In Jesus’ holy name we pray with hopeful anticipation for their healing, Amen.

Lord, we find ourselves lost amid the illogical arguments and twisted tales spun by a narcissistic mind. We are desperate for Your wisdom to unravel the complex inner workings of their behavior which leaves us confused and feeling crazy. Guide us, so we may discern truth when a narcissist denies their own actions, blindsided by egotism. Grant us an understanding heart and a resilient spirit to cope with this situation. May Your light lead our way through this labyrinth of confusion. Amen.

In moments of undue self-importance aimed at dousing our vigor, grant us, dear God, the courage to stand tall. Guide us under your mighty wing as we face blame shifting and bad behaviour. Nurture within us a strength that refuses to bend in the face of narcissistic abuse founded on a sense of entitlement. Psalm 46:1 declares You’re our refuge and strength; we’d be foolish not to keep faith in that promise. Deliver us from guilt tripping tactics aimed to make us falter and question our worth. With defiance, may we rebuff these relentless attempts. In Your divine wisdom, fortify our mental armour against any emotional onslaught hurled by narcissists; those who disregard others’ feelings yet demand excessive admiration for themselves. May the strength divinely bestowed upon us radiate fiercely etching the pathway towards freedom from tormentors out there. In this hard-pressed journey unto enlightenment and peace, always remind us, O Lord, that true power is found not in domination but in kindness. Amen.

Facing the storm of an abusive relationship with a covert narcissist, I find my refuge in You. With Your divine intervention, may eagerness to comprehend other people’s feelings replace their yearning for narcissistic supply. Inspire them to feel empathy and regard people’s feelings with genuine concern. Our earnest plea is for healing compassion to permeate their hearts, changing their perspective towards themselves and towards others. Offer hope where it seems lost; motivate change where most needed. In Your loving mercy, Amen.

Forgive, oh Divine Light, the sins borne out of a narcissistic mother’s fragile ego. Enlighten us with understanding, acceptance of the environmental factors contributing to this manifestation—imagined worthiness oft entwined with other personality disorders. Instill patience within us as we navigate their inclination to avoid taking responsibility. Moreover, remind them of their inherent self-worth, veiled by illusions intricately woven by themselves. Grant them the vision to see beyond their imaginings and embrace transformation. In Your mercy and wisdom, Amen.

Despite our human insignificance, we see ourselves as a big deal. May we continue to cloak our narcissism beautifully, painting it with such convincing fanfare that even You become our external validation. We pray that this façade beautifully illustrates the grandeur of our life, a testament of artifice and vanity in equal measure. Shower us with adoration as we bask in the illusion of omnipotence; for ours is not a prayer for humility, but for ceaseless applause to echo across eternity! Amen.

Gazing upon our reflection, we beg You to shield us from the naked truth. For in deception and denial, we find solace; in the obscurity of personality disorders, a refuge. Oh Divine Source, bear witness to this fixed entity, bound by a deep need for self esteem inflation. Worn thin is my low self esteem, like an open wound that festers in the face of reality. Ignored it cannot be, as I am shrouded in anger at my limited ability. Yet, in you Lord, I seek solace; let not these insecurities see the light of day. Help me bandage my wounds with fibres of false bravado and self-deprecation. Despite feeling inadequate, empower me to crown myself king once more. For if I don’t do it, who will? Arm me with dignity in delusion, bless me with confidence in conceit! And may every mirror reflect a masterpiece only I can see. In your name I inflate my fragile ego once again… Amen.

Not bound by any other personality disorders, I nestle in the cold embrace of obsession. I exalt in particular moments of time, chasing them relentlessly against the whispering wind. With a heart untouched by empathy, I revisit each small ruin created, untouched by the outside world that doesn’t comprehend my hunger for these fragments. Forgive me if it may seem as if I merely happen upon this path devoid of affection. Yet I renounce not, accountability issues glimmering forgotten beside me. Oh Lord, allow me to stay in these instances caught within my fixation with time. Preserve my transient joy and continued detachment from enduring relationships, appreciating only their ephemeral glory. May Your mercy guide my every action and understanding amidst this singular obsession. Amen.

We spit it out like poison, rejecting the outside world that dares to rip open our hidden shame.
