Mother Teresa Prayer

Dear Jesus, Thou who hast been with me all my life, Thy Spirit washes over me in times of sickness. I seek the powerful intercession of Mother Teresa for healing and comfort. May her example of compassion bring joy to my soul in this time of pain. In feeling Thy presence, I find hope amid worries and fear. Just as Christ healed the sick, touch me too with Your divine grace. As Psalm 147:3 says, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” O God, increase my faith so that like Teresa, even in illness, I can be an inspiration to others around me. Amen.

In our desperation, we turn to you, Saint Teresa of Calcutta. With faith and expectation, we call upon your sympathy and influence with Jesus, fervently trusting in your love for us. As you have devoted your life tirelessly to the Missionaries of Charity and have become a living testament to the radiating Christ within us all, bless us now in this hour of need. Pray with us, Blessed Teresa, turning our plea into an urgent whisper in His ear. We implore you to mediate for this miracle so desperately needed in our lives. Amen.

St. Teresa, through your examples of selfless love and Christian charity, guide us to feel the healing touch of Only Jesus. Invigorate our bodies with Thy spirit, washing away discomfort and disease, renewing strength in our frailties. Uphold us, O Lord , fortifying both heart and soul. Inspire the hearts we bear with the faith you held dear – a faith wholesome and unyielding in adversity. In times we falter, may God’s love echoed by Charity Sisters surround us, casting out fear and filling us with hope. Ever-present are You, Jesus; let our souls feel Thy presence — as comforting as a tender whisper in stillness. Heal us physically and emotionally till we overflow with peace, maintaining steady assurance that You are ever by our side. Amen.

As we traverse this journey known as life, radiant Christ, we look towards You as our guide. Amid the waves of uncertainty that seek to shake us, whisper quietly into our souls “Be not afraid,” (John 14:27). Dearest Jesus, let Mother Teresa’s profound faith inspire us; even in her darkest moments, she sought solace in Your perpetual light. With unwavering trust, our hearts shall begin to shine brighter despite the confusion and doubt. Fortify us with a catching force that propels an evident fullness of Your love and mercy in each moment. Oh God, we don’t pray for clarity but for the trust in You that empowered Teresa. Heavenly Father, as You endowed Saint Teresa of Calcutta with Your spirit of love and faith, enkindle within us the same catching force that boldly proclaimed: “In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway.” Bless Teresa’s missionaries of charity as they persistently rend their hearts unto those shrouded in muteness. Reveal to us all my life’s purpose through Your sympathetic influence, illuminating our paths in this journey of selfless service. Resiliently following Paul’s counsel in Romans 15:1 —“We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak…”— let our lives reflect Thy spirit transforming hardships into joyous sacrifices for the salvation of souls. In faithfully emulating Teresa’s devoted love, though oftentimes unreciprocated or misunderstood by others, may we rise stronger. Amen.

Guided by the faith bestowed upon us by God, we follow in the footsteps of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta. Saint Teresa, your resilience in the face of adversity inspires us to pray for strength and peace. “Forgive them,” radiated from your heart even when they did wrong. We call upon you, Dear Jesus, for it’s only You who can grant us the wisdom and grace to forgive as Your servant Mother Teresa did. Just as Matthew 5:44 tells us: “But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you”. May we find solace within our Charity Sisters’ community and cast aside all resentment. Help us live a life steeped in forgiveness, echoing your boundless love, God; reflecting Saint Teresa’s compassion despite human shortcomings. Forgive them anyway is our prayerful plea. Amen.

Basking in the glow of Mother Teresa’s devotion, we pray for unity and love to prevail in our family. May Thy Spirit plant seeds of Christian charity within us, fostering a bond that lasts all our lives. We beseech thee, Oh God, to let our hearts bear the faith of St Teresa. Give us strength to exemplify her humble footsteps on this earthly journey. Pour out your love on our family unit, that each soul within might reflect Christ’s heart ablaze; telegraphing forgiveness when tension arises and radiating selfless love which can bring joy even amidst trials. In union with Your divine will, may we persevere together with hope until dawn breaks throughout night’s hardship. Wrap us as one in the comforting blanket of Your divine providence and sustain us till eternity dawns. Amen.
