Prayers for Special Occasions

Heavenly Father, you have given us special occasions to gather and celebrate with our families. On this particular occasion, I thank you for all the wonderful gifts You have bestowed upon us. We ask that you bless this gathering, those present here today, and those absent in body but present in spirit. May Your grace be upon us, and may we remember to use the time spent expressing love toward one another as a blessing. As we break bread and drink wine together, let the presence of Your Holy Spirit add extra flavor to our joyous celebration. In Jesus’ name, amen!
