Prayer of Recollection

Lord, as we begin this day of recollection, help us to feel Your presence. Teach us, like Your disciples, to approach life with humility. Prepare our souls quickly for the tasks ahead and guide us to seek You in every word and action. Master of all, we confess that without You our efforts are empty. May this prayer inspire a fervent soul within us. Embolden us to press forward, determined and reflective. Amen.

Gracious and Loving Father, as we embark upon this Recollection Day, we invite You into our lives. Help us to recollect and reflect in the silence of our hearts. May we be aware of Your presence, drawing us closer into communion with You. Speak to us, Lord, in whispers of understanding and love; fuel our faith and nourish our souls with holy wisdom. We long to spend this day steeped in Your glory, tasting the joy only You can offer. As Jesus said, ‘I came that they may have life and have it abundantly’ (John 10:10). Amen.

Divine Father, as we conclude this hour of recollection, we offer our humble gratitude for the words of wisdom shared and the truths unveiled.
