Prayer of Indifference

Divine Creator, we come to You in humble submission, seeking Your guidance in our discernment process. We are often lost in the pursuit of our own personal comfort, attached unduly to a particular outcome. Help us, O Lord, abandon these fears and embrace wide openness to Your will. Teach us to be indifferent towards what does not serve us – trusting in Your infinite wisdom. As we struggle with our own desires, foster within us a quiet trust: unlearning egoistic inclinations and replacing them with unwavering faith. In seeking Your divine guidance, let our hearts listen intently for Your whispers. We surrender ourselves fully unto You, leaning not on our understanding but only on Yours. Amen.
