Prayer for Unsaved Husband

Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heavy heart for my unsaved husband. You know the depths of my love for him, and I trust in Your love for him too. I am reminded of 2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” I pray, O Lord, that You would open his spiritual eyes and bring him to the saving knowledge of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Please soften his heart and give him a new spirit, one that desires to know You and serve You. Strengthen me, dear God, as I continue to pray and live a godly example for him. Help me not to grow weary in my prayers and trust Your perfect timing, for You are the God who saves. In the precious name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, I come before You with a heavy heart as my spouse remains distant from Your love and truth. I remember the words You spoke in Luke 8:15, that the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and produce a crop. I ask You, dear Lord, to soften my spouse’s heart, transforming it into fertile ground for Your Word to flourish within them. Holy Spirit, work in the depths of my spouse’s heart, to bring about a revelation of Your love and grace. Please give me the wisdom and strength to be a loving and supportive partner in their journey, and help me to trust that You, God, hears and answers my prayers. May your peace overcome any doubts or fears I may have, and may this time of challenge become an opportunity for growth in our love for one another and for You, our Lord Jesus Christ. Loving Father, I come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for the Holy Spirit to convict and touch the heart of my unbelieving husband. Let him experience Your unfailing love, and help me to be a supportive wife who reflects Your grace and compassion. I trust You, Lord, to work in his life and draw him closer to You.
