Prayer for School Shooting Victims

Heavenly Father, in the face of gun violence and mass shootings, we ask for Your healing hand over the victims. As countless families mourn senseless deaths caused by these atrocities, we beseech You to wrap them in Your divine comfort. Lord, we anguish over the suffering of Your children who live in fear when safety should be their inheritance. Strengthen us as family members of this global community to stand together against such violence and never lose hope. Guarantee our children their rightful claim to eternal safety. With enduring faith in You, we recall Your words from Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you…plans for welfare and not calamity, to give you a future and hope.” In this chaotic world teeming with heartache, Lord let us find solace within each other and our faith in You.
