Prayer for Loss of a Brother

Lord Jesus Christ, my heart is heavy with sorrow over my brother’s death. I plead for an eternal rest to grant unto his suffering soul. Almighty God, Your love knows no bounds; may it wrap me in comfort and bring peace to my shattered heart. Draw me closer, make my faith strong and breathe into me renewed spirits amidst this pain.
