Prayer for Job Security

Lord Jesus, I approach You with a heart filled with hope and faith. Bless me, O Lord, with security in my current job and open doors for promotion. Bestow upon me Your divine wisdom to excel in my career. Through Your intercession, my ambitious spirit embraces the blessing of advancement. Dear God, our Heavenly Father, in this uncertain global economic crisis, we come before You with anxious hearts. We are deeply concerned about the massive job cuts and losses plaguing our society. Heavenly Father, as we navigate through this life You’ve entrusted us with, job security for my spouse has been a beacon of stability. I fear the family’s well-being in worst-case scenarios of job loss. “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You are with me” (Psalm 23:4). Abba Father, we lean on You as there’s so much fear around us. Bless our home and my dear spouse’s workplace that it may remain a steady source of sustenance and fulfillment. In Your love and faithfulness, Lord God, provide job security to him/her. Amen.

Gracious Father, as we navigate through uncertain times, we seek Your divine hand over our job security.
