Prayer for Dysphoria

Gracious God, amidst the storm of dysphoria, hold me steady. My image doubts gush like fierce winds; let Your love, powerful and inviting, be my safe harbor. Grant me courage to navigate these tumultuous waters and tenacity to embrace myself completely. Kindly paint my soul with resilience, hope adorning each stroke. Through uncertainty’s gray hues, may Your steady light guide me towards acceptance and harmony within my own being. Amen.

Heavenly Father, amidst the turmoil of dysphoria, let Your soothing voice echo within us. Instill resilience in our hearts to navigate these troubled waters. Bestow upon us tranquility and acceptance—that serenity may bloom from the seedbeds of our struggles. In Your unwavering love, reassurance is found. Embolden us with patience and courage to seek peace in our own reflection. Hello us find solace in understanding ourselves through Your divine wisdom. Amen.

Benevolent Creator, upon Your window of wisdom, I knock humbly. Endow me with patience and fortitude as I navigate through the swirling mists of dysphoria; make my burden lighter.
