Holy Tuesday Prayer

Heavenly Father, I come before You seeking discernment and wisdom on this Holy Tuesday. As Your Son Jesus Christ taught in the temple during this Holy Week, I pray that You guide me on the path of truth and light. Lord God, grant me the grace to walk in faith and to be a witness of Your love and mercy. In the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” Amen.

Lord Jesus, on this Holy Tuesday, I remember how You taught in the temple, sharing Your wisdom with all who would listen. As it is written in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” I pray, Almighty Father, that You strengthen my faith and trust in Your divine plan. Help me to walk in the light of Your love and to share Your grace with others. May I be a true disciple, following in Your footsteps, and spreading the hope of eternal life. Amen.

Lord Jesus, on this Holy Tuesday, I recall how You taught us the importance of love and forgiveness. I draw strength from Your words in Matthew 18:21-22, where You say to forgive “not seven times, but seventy-seven times.” I pray for the healing of broken relationships in my life and for the grace to forgive as You have forgiven me. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, that I may walk in the light of Your love, spreading peace and understanding wherever I go. Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, on this Holy Tuesday, I am reminded of your teaching in the temple, where you spoke of justice and mercy. As written in Proverbs 31:8-9, “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy.” Grant me, O Lord, the courage to stand up for justice and defend those who are oppressed. Fill me with your Holy Spirit, that I may be a beacon of hope and salvation in this world. Guide my actions and words, so that I may bring glory to your name and peace to all those who seek it. In your holy name, I pray. Amen.

Oh Lord God, on this Holy Tuesday, I come before You with a humble heart, seeking to follow the example of Your only begotten Son, Jesus, who taught us the true meaning of servant leadership. As Jesus washed His disciples’ feet on Maundy Thursday, let me also serve others with love and humility. In John 13:14, You remind us, “Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.” Grant me the strength to bear my cross with joy, following in the footsteps of Christ, our Savior. Amen.
