Men's Rosary

The Rosary has become an example of devotion and faith, and the offering of the Rosary of men is a practice of prayer that has won many followers.

One man invites the other to gather in the Church, sing and pray to the Eternal Father and make the Rosary of Men.

In the Rosary, the prayer is made in a communitarian way by men. Every week they meet once with appropriate songs and biblical references so that the steps in the life of Christ and Mary are soon contemplated.

How to pray the Rosary of men

Divine Jesus, we offer you this Rosary, which we will pray, meditating on the mysteries of your Redemption.

Grant us, through the intercession of the Virgin Mary, Mother of God and our Mother, the virtues that are necessary for us to pray it well, and the grace to win the indulgences of this holy devotion.

We offer, in reparation for the sins committed against the holiest Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the peace of the world, for the conversion of sinners and the souls in purgatory.

For the intentions of the Holy Father, for the sanctification of families, for the missions, for the sick and dying, for all those who ask for our prayers, for all our intentions.

Amen!

Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended into hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
Amen.

Our Father

Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Pray three Hail Marys

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

In the first Hail Mary,

God save you Mary, daughter of God the Father: “A Hail Mary,”

The second Hail Mary,

God keep you Mary, Mother of God the Son: “A Hail Mary,”

The third Hail Mary,

God keep you Mary, Spouse of the Holy Spirit, Temple and Tabernacle of the Most Holy Trinity: “A Hail Mary,”

Glory be to the Father

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

Hail Queen

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, hail, our life, our sweetness, and our hope.

To you we cry, the children of Eve; to you we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this land of exile.

Turn, then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us;

lead us home at last and show us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus:

O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be worthy of Christ’s promises.

End with the “Sign of the Cross”

About this prayer

The act of prayer was present in the life of Jesus, his disciples, and all the others who followed them. It is through it that we draw closer to the Creator and become healthier at any moment of life.

Lectures or presentations can be made. This has caused many transformations in people’s lives. Adultery, pornography, false religions, vices, are left aside. Meanwhile, the family begins to receive more attention and affection.

Why only men?

The goal of the Rosary is to reach the whole family and not just the male audience. Most of the time, the woman is more religious than the man and ends up taking her children and husband.

Because of the psychological factor, it is perfect that they live in a healthy environment with other parishioners of the same custom. This helps to strengthen the sincere friendship and even to discuss health, family, work, children, among others.

From the social point of view, men get closer to the team spirit and become more involved and responsible. From the religious point of view, praying the Rosary of men redeems the sense of gift and the movement of the great faith.
