Ho'oponopono Prayer

With the mantra of the Ho'ponopono, you ask in prayer the Lord to cleanse and purify all your pains (physical and emotional), sorrows, and problems.

The Ho’oponopono original prayer of philosophy is of Hawaiian origin, written by Morrnah Simeona.

The meaning of the Ho’oponopono is “to make it right.” A prayer where you can neutralize the negative forces connected to a specific person, place, or thing.

This energy that is neutralized becomes God’s energy—turning the power of your problem and negative energy charges into positive ones.

By practicing this original Ho’oponopono prayer, you take responsibility for your existence as a philosophy of life, and the benefits of forgiveness as well as control in the way you are and what you represent to the world.

With this, you create a mantra or philosophy of self-esteem, soul cleansing, more personal growth, peace, and more balance.

In other words, philosophy and practical tool of mental cleansing in which you free yourself by practicing prayer from any of the memories, such as problems in your mind that make you suffer in your daily life.

This Ho’oponopono prayer is realized when you repeat and practice for yourself four powerful sentences.

In my present life, I externalize:

I am sorry: where I confirm the responsibility for my actions and thoughts.

Forgive me: here I show my repentance, starting a path of practice for spiritual healing.

I have loved: in this sentence, I embrace the negative thoughts to turn them into positive, releasing all this accumulated energy.

I am grateful: I express gratitude and faith in this course of healing, love, and liberation.

Well, more than a prayer, we could say that the original Ho’oponopono prayer is a mantra to God of asking for good energies and practical philosophy of more love for the world and people.

Ho'oponopono Prayer

Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son, all in One.

If I, my family and relatives, and ancestors have offended your family, relatives, and ancestors, in thoughts, facts, or actions, from the beginning of our creation until the present, we apologize.

Let this cleanse, release and cut off all memories, blockages, negative energies, and vibrations.

Transmute these unwanted energies into pure light and spirituality, to cleanse my subconscious of all the emotional charge and bad memory stored in it, I say over and over again, during my day, the critical words of HO’OPONOPONO:

I’m sorry, forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.

I declare myself at peace with all the people on Earth and with whom I have outstanding debts.

For that instant and in your time, for everything I don’t like in my present life:

I’m sorry, forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.

I release all those from whom I believe I am receiving harm and mistreatment, because they simply give me back what I did to them before, in some past life:

I’m sorry, forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.

Even though it’s hard for me to forgive someone, I’m the one who asks that someone for forgiveness now. For that instant, all the time, for everything I don’t like in my present life:

I’m sorry, forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.

For this sacred space that I inhabit day by day and with which I do not feel comfortable:

I’m sorry, forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.

For the difficult relationships, I only keep bad memories of:

I’m sorry, forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.

For all that I don’t like in my present life, in my past life, in my work and what’s around me, Divinity, clean up whatever’s contributing to my scarcity:

I’m sorry, forgive me. I love you. I’m grateful.

If my physical body experiences anxiety, worry, guilt, fear, sadness, pain, I pronounce and think: “My memories, I love you.”

I am grateful for the opportunity to free you and me.

I am sorry, forgive me, I love you. I am grateful.

Right now, I say I love you.

I think about my emotional health and that of all my loved ones. I love you.

For my needs and to learn to wait without anxiety, without fear, I recognize my memories here at this moment:

I’m sorry, I love you.

My contribution to the healing of the Earth:

Beloved Mother Earth, who is who I am: If I, my family, my relatives, and ancestors mistreat you with thoughts, words, deeds, and actions, from the beginning of our creation to the present, I ask you to forgive me.

Let it cleanse and purify, release and cut out all memories, blockages, negative energies, and vibrations.

Transmute these unwanted energies into pure light, and so it is.

In conclusion, I say this prayer is the door, my contribution to your emotional health, which is the same as mine.

So be well, and as it heals, I say to you:

I’m sorry for the memories of the pain I share with you.

I ask your forgiveness for uniting my path with yours, for the healing, I thank you for being here.

I love you for being who you are.
